The Falcons Way 🦅 

The Falcons Way is an honor code at Arab Model Schools designed to foster a community grounded in the values of Truth, Excellence, and Diversity. It aims to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can learn and grow, develop strong moral and academic integrity, and take responsibility for their actions. By promoting diverse teaching techniques and offering various extracurricular activities, the code caters to individual differences, encouraging students to solve problems independently and respect others' ideas and backgrounds. Ultimately, The Falcons Way prepares students to positively impact their surroundings beyond their time at AMS.

The Falcons Way is an honor code designed to:

• provide a social contract based on the ideals of Truth, Excellence, and Diversity.

• establish a foundation for students to learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

• help build a school community of young men and women who are committed to moral and academic integrity.

• develop the character of students who will make an impact on their surroundings well beyond their time at AMS.

• help students take responsibility for their own behavior and learn to solve problems independently.

• Cater for  the individual differences and provide different teaching techniques to meet the students’ needs. 

• Offer a variety of extra curricular activities with specific aims and objectives.

As a Falcon, I will seek TRUTH 💯 by:

• being reflective.

• persevering to learn.

• speaking truthfully to others.

• doing what is right even when no one is watching.

• informing teachers or administrators when there is a problem or others need assistance.

As a Falcon, I will strive for EXCELLENCE 🏅 by:

• being responsible.

• Doing my best to complete the assigned tasks to me in the best possible way.

• respecting and following the rules and policies established by the teachers and administration.

• Having a common language that builds others up and help create a positive community.

• treating the school’s materials and facilities with respect and care.

• Demonstrating patience, kindness, graciousness, and self-control in my speech and behavior.

As a Falcon, I will support DIVERSITY 🫂 by:

• Being respectful to other people’s ideas , opinions and backgrounds. 

• speaking kindly to others in and out of class.

• Believing the best about others while having good intentions towards them 

• treating others with respect and dignity at all times, even those who are different from me.

• Standing up for the truth and what is right.
